What you can expect to find here are posts about my weight-loss and fitness journey. From what activities i did that day, videos or pictures from the experience, after shots of me sweaty and 💦. Going live during solo workouts or pre-recorded workouts available. Progress images every two to three weeks. I'll be keeping track of my measurements and weight. I have a Fitbit to help track things which i will also share! My motivation is to feel better, look better, and do better with my life. Having more stamina and strength means more fun right? 😏

Non fitness but fun/sexy pics will also be sprinkled throughout all of this to keep things even more 🥵
