Hi! My name is Mary and I am a passionate sports and nature lover. I spent 6 years playing professional basketball, but my true love is Cango Jumps - a high-intensity workout in spring boots where we dance through various movements. I have been dedicated to this for over 7 years. When there is no gym nearby, I love to run or bike through the forests and mountain trails.

I have been a vegan for over 8 years, focusing on a healthy lifestyle and taking care of my body. My love for cooking comes from my mother, a pastry chef, and I often cook simple but delicious dishes. A year ago, I started my YouTube channel, Mary's Adventures, where I share my experiences of solo hiking. I learned how to chop wood, make a fire without matches and enjoy the peace of nature. For the last two years, I have been living alone, fully embracing my independence. I love healthy, energizing foods like mango, blueberries, and my morning celery juice.
