Miss World Venezuela 2002 was the third Miss World Venezuela pageant. It was held at the Venevisión Studios in Caracas, Venezuela on August 31, 2002. At the end of the event, Andreína Prieto of Zulia crowned Goizeder Azúa of Carabobo as Miss World Venezuela 2002. She represented Venezuela at the Miss World 2002 pageant placing in the Top 10.
